The TeleRehab SPOT was created by the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy at McGill University to provide rehabilitation clinicians (OT, PT, and SLP) with the most current online healthcare tools to both empower and improve their virtual practice. The online hub gathers clinical and evidence-informed resources in one place to fill knowledge gaps that are identified by clinicians and researchers in the SPOT community on an ongoing basis.

Virtual and online tools have had a major impact on the delivery of healthcare services. Telehealth practices improve and support accessibility to healthcare for diverse populations in a variety of regions across the province. Clinicians in both the public and private sectors continue to overcome multilevel challenges as telerehab and hybrid practices evolve.

The TeleRehab SPOT website aims to serve healthcare users from remote and urban regions in both French and English by providing clinicians with current tools and resources in the original language of development. All rehab clinicians, no matter their specialty or geographical location, can benefit from learning more about available telehealth resources.
